I was just thinking about a combo… Using the science of Psychemistry will help us to reach a new level into Metaphysics.
For example, in a normal state of dude mind we can think about a lot of metaphysical concepts BUT, adding external substances* could be a plus, or a minus. A plus could be that the primal vision of a topic can be developed, new ideas, new perspectives, etc… A minus could be that an idea or thought we had can become a false path (or maybe it’s not so false because it will bring us to a new one which could be true); I’d like to call this a Metapsymistryception without knowing at all where it brings.
Thus saying, the Journey o fknowledge is long and just to clarify, this idea came now, at my workplace so imagine how my brain is when I’m not working 🙂
*open question and some studies needed: what kind of substances

I totally agree. And I’d like to point out that any external objects or things used to be more calm or happier doesn’t have to be drugs. For some, it can help. For some, it doesn’t. I like to just look at bubbles drifting in the air, for example.
<p style=”text-align: left;”>I think that while it’s possible to have a good attitude and growth mindset regardless of what’s happening around you, the easiest way to get to a calm state of mind is to use external resources. This works best when your mind is blank, but it’s most needed when you’re stressed. By listening to the right music, or by doing the right activity, you’re able to guide your mind to a better, more stable place. Then you can use that resource as a starting-off point, to remind yourself to chill. I have depression and found that this type of philosophy was able to pull me out of a dark place. Hope this helps!</p>
