Heyo!
Maybe Dudeish would be more like a description for someone who did something that’s something a Dudeist might do?
Person Getting Frustrated with something: “Sigh… you know what man? Fu*k it.”
Person Watching the Ordeal: “Hah, that was a pretty Dudeish thing to say.”
Although, I think ‘Dudeist’ would fit for that as well, so maybe it doesn’t really matter. 🙂

I’d say that is an apt analogy. It would refer to something dude-like, however you can also be the dudeliest dudeish dudeist of dudeness, Dude. 😎
