So what is death? Is it a doorway to the magical mystery tour beyond our comprehension, or the end of conciseness the end of dreams? I hope for one, the other I will never know.

This is a deeeeeeeep topic. One to be discussed in person. But I’ll try to give you the gist of what I think.
We are the soul, the spirit, and we have a body. Not a body that has a soul. I believe that when you die, the body dies and the soul remains vibrant. I believe that there are multiple dimensions layered on top of each other and we can only see ours because of the lens we have on during life. I believe that ghosts are spirits that can’t quite make it to their proper dimension. “Crossing Over” to me, means that your spirit moves into the spirit realm.
I believe in reincarnation. I like to imagine it like this: When your body dies, your soul moves into it’s proper dimension, chills for a bit, then when the time is right…boom! A new vessel for the soul is available and you get to take another spin in this dimension.
There’s more to this, but that’s my main belief on death.

That is what I hope for. Joeyjoejoe I can always count on you to join the discussion. 😉 Thanks Bro. I hope to see more comments and philosophy on this topic.
Then there is the question of suicide. A mortal sin or just an act when your BS filter is over full and broken.
What about self sacrifice? If you engage in an action to help, or save another, but you know you will likely be killed. This is a high and noble act, but the result is the same as suicide. You have engaged in an act that knowingly costs your life. I suppose you could say one is selfish and the other is a gift. Do we really have someone or something keeping score?
Then there are those who take such great risks that death is a very real threat. Like Wing-suit BASE jumping. There are over 60 pioneers in this sport that paved the way for the advancements in Wing-suit technology, all these pioneers are dead. Killed in Wing-suit mishaps. Every one. 60! This statistic boggled my mind. But to be fair who would not want to come as close to actual flight as humanly possible, or at least falling with style.

Spirit? It flows, go with it. It flew into this exsistance and it will fly into another when that time comes. I dont remember my last exsistance and i’ll probably forget this one as I go unto the following.
Life? well its happy and sad. its love and hurt. At times its hateful and angry. Its peace and also war. With all of that in mind, Life I feel, is worth the adventure.
Death? We’ll all findout comes next wheather we’re ready or not. I know I miss the ones I knew who have gone into death. I know someday I too will die, my hope is to meet them again. Our energies met in this exsistance and I hope in the next our spirits find each other again
Stay safe everyone, enjoy each other.

I saw a film ages ago that had an awesome quote for this. Two ticks, I’mma gonna search google…..
Found it! (Sorry if the link doesn’t work): https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1783732/quotes/qt1904902
Basically it says: “You’re gonna die, Arnie. Someday you will face that moment. And at that moment you will face either complete nonexistence, or you will face something even stranger. On an actual day in the future, Arnie, you will be in the unimaginable. It is physically impossible to avoid it.”
So basically, the way I see it is. There is nothing you can do about, why worry about it. 🙂
Hope that makes sense. I’ve had many a beer tonight.

I’m not concerned with what happens after death. I’ll figure it out when it happens
