I am a student and I have this passion for writing, so I decided to write a fiction book, but I know that it would be difficult for me to do it on my own so I want some other writers to work with me and all of us will be entitled as the writers of the book. I want to get professional book writers for hire soon so that I can get my book started, but I don’t know how to hire them. Can someone kindly guide me on how to evaluate a book writer so that I know what I should ask at the time of interview?
I have Zero experience with this, but I can offer some general advice. Make sure the people you decide to work with are people you feel like you CAN work with. You may get a brilliant writer to sign on but they could be a terrible person to work with. Personally, I’d rather have a lesser qualified person but a person who I vibe with really well working with along side me.
