I retired from square life on 13 December and I have now spent a month trying to unlearn a bunch of stuff that has had my thinking so uptight. While I said Fuck it quite a bit I have never meant it like I have learned to mean it in the last month! 😉

Learning to say Fuck it can be a valuable skill in one’s life toolbox.

A book I recommend is called, “The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck” i forget who it’s by but it available most places that sell books. I started reading it and the gist seems to be to Only give a Fuck about what truly matters. Don’t sweat the other stuff and let it go. Really well written and a great read.

I am really enjoying this book myself so far and I think this philosophy could really help me when my thinking gets a little too uptight.

You could check it out. Or not. That’s just like my opinion, man. Haha.
