I read this and thought you were explaining my life, we have very similar tales and Walterness. I appreciate not being the only one. Currently I try to visit the Abide University (Go Marmots) and calm down by reading some of the different philosophies and that usually reminds me to abide and be more Dude. Also I have created sort of a combo Rosary, Bodhi, Dude, worry bead necklace that helps sooth me.
