I’ve never had a cell phone. I haven’t had a TV for at least 15 years and haven’t had cable for 25. I do have a laptop because it’s the way I stay in touch with my adult kids who don’t live nearby. The simpler my life is, the better. I didn’t even like the idea of a cordless phone in the 90s because then I’d tend to split focus instead of doing one thing at a time. I remember having a phone conversation sitting in one place and that was all you did because you were attached to the wall umbilically. Cell phones. Not my bag, baby.
