When I catch myself going Walter on others, I try to stop and consider what released the beast this time.

Sometimes I get lucky and the reason is easy to see. Other times I have to just chalk it up to the Monkey Mind. If I am physically excited and this is intruding on the moment, I may use breath counting to bring myself down.

When you catch yourself being Not Wrong but an asshole anyway that is the toughest time to abide and remember that we all have opinion and assholes and sometimes they stink up the joint! 😉

Serious contemplation is antithetic to my understanding of the way of the Dude.

May I find the wisdom to realize that like Donnie I am totally out of my element!

May I find the strength to still inquire about the answers though I may be rebuked by my inner Walter for even trying to understand!

May I find the way of ease and acceptance until that day I too am transmitted in that most modestly priced receptacle!
